Which tweezers should you choose for eyebrows?
Eyebrows require great precision, as each hair removed can alter their shape. The slanted tip is the most versatile, while the crab claw tip is ideal for precise touch-ups. For a harmonious shape:
- Define the beginning of the eyebrow: imagine a vertical line starting from the side of the nose. Remove only the hairs beyond it, one by one.
- Define the end of the eyebrow: imagine a line connecting the side of the nose to the outer corner of the eye. Any hairs beyond this line can be removed.
- Follow the 2/3 - 1/3 rule: the first two-thirds of the eyebrow rise, while the final third slopes downward. Tweeze beneath the natural line without hollowing out the arch too much.
Tip
Work gradually: remove a few hairs, check the result in the mirror, then continue if necessary.
How to use tweezers correctly?
- Clean your skin before hair removal.
- Clean your tweezers before and after use.
- Grasp the hair at the root, without pinching the skin.
- Pull in the direction of growth to avoid breakage.
- Proceed gradually, checking the shape as you go.
