It is printed on the packaging of all our products (in the form of a pictogram representing an open jar indicating a number and the letter "M").

Our products have not been specifically evaluated for pregnant or breastfeeding women. As a precaution, we therefore cannot recommend them during this period. However, there are no known contraindications. If you have any doubts, we advise you to consult your doctor.

Our products have not been evaluated on people undergoing chemotherapy. Therefore, we cannot recommend the use of our products during chemotherapy or other cancer treatments, as they have not been tested in this context. Please consult your doctor.

Only our range of children's water-based nail polish and bitter nail polish can be used on children from 3 years old, and 4 years old for bitter nail polish.
You will also find a selection of children's accessories (scissors, nail clippers) for adult use. As a precaution, we prefer not to recommend the use of other Vitry products on your children.

Many of our stainless steel accessories are manufactured in our workshop in France. These include tweezers, nail tweezers, skin clips, scissors, and more.
The label "Made in France" is included on our relevant products. -

Orders and payment

Once your order has been confirmed, you have only a few minutes to request a cancellation. Modifications are not possible.
You can request an order cancellation via this form or by emailing bonjour@vitry.com
Beyond this period, your order is automatically processed and sent to our warehouse to be prepared and shipped as soon as possible. Therefore, we are unfortunately no longer able to modify or cancel it.
If your order has already been delivered and you do not wish to keep it, you can, of course, return it to us in accordance with our return policy.

Before opening your package, please check for damage or tampering, and take photos of the exterior and contents. Then, contact us through our contact form and we'll find a solution for you!

Here are some steps to check to resolve the situation:
1. Your bank card:
- Make sure the expiry date has not passed.
- If it's a new card, you sometimes need to make a withdrawal or payment in store before you can use it online.
- Also check your card limit if your order amount is significant.2 - Did you receive the 3D Secure code?
For most payments, a 3D secure code is required by your bank.
Make sure you have received the code on your phone and entered it within the allotted time.

- A screenshot of the displayed error
- The browser used (e.g., Safari, Chrome…)
- The chosen payment method

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times then depend on the carrier and the chosen delivery method (home or collection point).

Home delivery: €5.90
Pickup Point: €4.90Free delivery is offered for orders over €40.

Yes, you will receive an email from the carrier with your tracking number when the order is shipped.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days to return an unopened, unused item in its original packaging.

Once the package is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 7 business days to the same payment method used. -
